在采访中，不少消费者表示，以前穿汉服的更多是汉服爱好者，现在像马面裙这样的汉服款式越来越日常化，他们希望通过这种方式弘扬中国传统文化。

今年春节，新春战袍马面裙带动了一波传统文化消费热潮。马面裙到底有多火？记者走访了马面裙的生产和销售企业。

山东曹县是我国的汉服生产销售基地之一，一年的汉服销售额超70亿元。今年，在曹县以马面裙为主的龙年拜年服销售额已经超过了3亿元。

The sales of horse face skirts are booming, leading production enterprises to optimize processes to meet demand. With annual sales surpassing 7 billion yuan, the sales of new years clothes for the Year of the Dragon, primarily horse face skirts, exceeded 300 million yuan in Caoxian county.

多个电商平台的大数据显示，今年1月以来，汉服的搜索量暴涨，其中，马面裙成为汉服品类下热度最高的单品，不少热销单品的销售额超过了百万元。不过，马面裙销售火爆，却成了马面裙生产企业幸福的烦恼。

Data from e-commerce platforms indicate a significant surge in the search volume for hanfu since January. Among the various hanfu styles, the horse face skirt has become the most popular item, with sales of many hot-selling items surpassing one million yuan.

浙江嘉兴海宁市许村明基布艺厂总经理张明强告诉记者，每天源源不断的订单让他感觉很幸福，但做不完的订单又让他很苦恼，目前还欠客户3万多条马面裙订单。

Zhang Mingqiang, the general manager of Haining Xucun Mingji Fabric Factory, expressed both happiness and concern due to the steady stream of daily orders. He currently faces a backlog of more than 30,000 orders for horse face skirts.

马面裙从面料加工成成衣，最快用不了2个小时，但即使是这样的工作效率，企业现在的产能也满足不了当下马面裙订单需求。

The production process for the horse face skirt, from fabric to ready-to-wear, takes less than 2 hours. Despite the efficiency, the companys current production capacity cannot meet the high demand.

张明强介绍，最近他们上新了新款激光切割设备，持续优化生产流程，提升效率。与此同时，购置设备、招聘员工都在进行中，争取在春节假期结束后最短时间内让产能提升3倍，努力满足源源不断的订单需求。

Expanding production capacity is a top priority for many local enterprises. Newly purchased fabric production equipment is being installed and commissioned by the fabric manufacturer and will be put into use after the Spring Festival holiday.

传统家纺小镇迎来新机遇

俗话说，巧妇难为无米之炊，有一匹布才能成一件衣。记者在采访中了解到，当下用于生产马面裙的布料——提花面料也成了香饽饽。

浙江嘉兴海宁许村镇是一个家纺小镇，拥有多个非遗织造技术。就在去年上半年，这里还在以生产窗帘布、沙发布为主。让人们没想到的是，马面裙的火爆让传统的家纺产业迎来了新机遇。

A textile town in Jiaxing, Zhejiang province, is also welcoming new opportunities in this Chinese style trend. Initially producing curtain and sofa fabrics in the first half of 2023, Xucun town has become a crucial production source for horse face skirt fabrics with its weaving technology.

除了生产马面裙布料，当地企业还在生产开发国风服饰面料。马面裙引领的中国风时尚新潮流，也受到海外消费者的喜爱。海宁市家用纺织品行业协会曹咬强介绍，随着整个中国国潮风的流行，东南亚市场的相关面料订单量加大，每次接单都是60万米、80万米。

Additionally, local companies are dedicating efforts to the production and development of more Chinese-style clothing fabrics. The new trend of Chinese-style fashion, led by horse face skirts, is gaining popularity among overseas consumers as well.

如今，许村镇已有100多家企业生产马面裙面料，日产量达3万多米，当地正以马面裙作为突破口，把中国风作为纺织产业发展的新方向，走出一条传统与时尚融合发展的转型之路。
